The Palm Springs Air Museum houses one of the world's largest collections of flying World War Two warplanes, as well as rare and original combat ph otography, original artworks, artifacts, memorabilia, and uniforms of WW2, and continuous video documentaries. But the most important component of the Museum lies in the living history and eyewitness accounts of the hundreds of docents who volunteer their time to explain the exhibits. Many served in air combat during World War Two.
